When will my order be dispatched?

As each WEARYOURGEMS piece is handmade, please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.

International

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, WEARYOURGEMS has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be.

 

Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact us before sending your item back. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with any original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your item arrives faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. We will provide instructions on how to return the item where necessary.
